No. Staff clock in with their own phones, verified by GPS or the workplace Wi-Fi.
Can staff clock in for each other?
It is very hard. Every clock-in must happen at the workplace (GPS or the store Wi-Fi), accounts are limited in how many devices can be signed in at once, and every punch is logged for review.
Does the app track staff location all the time?
No. CTAS Work only reads the location at the moment someone clocks in, to confirm they are at work. At no other time does it track location.
Which devices does CTAS Work run on?
An iOS app for iPhone and iPad on the App Store, an Android app on Google Play, plus the web version at work.ctas.vn in any browser. One account, the same data on all three.
Can it handle hourly pay, night and split shifts?
Yes. CTAS Work supports monthly, daily and hourly pay; several shifts a day, overnight shifts, breaks, overtime and holiday pay.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes. Every new organization gets a 7-day trial with everything in the Growth plan, no card required. From day 8, choose a plan to keep going.
How do the plans differ?
Every plan has every operations feature: attendance, scheduling, requests, leave, payroll and reports. Plans differ only in departments/stores, staff, data retention and four extensions: Processes, API, Network and JSON export.
How do I pay?
Plans are prepaid for 3, 6 or 12 months and never renew. On iPhone you buy through the App Store, on Android through Google Play. On the web (business.ctas.vn, work.ctas.vn) you pay from the CTAS wallet or by bank transfer or QR code through PayOS, for less than in the app. Businesses that need a contract or invoice can contact the CTAS team.
Is it hard to move from spreadsheets or an old time clock?
No. You can import your staff list from an existing file, then set up workplaces, shift templates and pay templates step by step; if you get stuck, the CTAS team answers by email, phone or Zalo. Is my data safe?
Data is encrypted in transit, isolated per organization and visible only to people with permission. ID documents are encrypted and every access is logged. Your organization owns its data — CTA Solution only processes it to provide the service.
What happens to data when someone leaves?
You pause or remove the member; their attendance and payroll history stays for your records. They lose access to the organization’s data.
