CTAS Life terms of use

These terms (the “Terms”) are an agreement between CTA Solution Company Limited (“CTA Solution”, “we”) and you, the user of the CTAS Life app on iOS and Android — a set of personal utilities with mini-apps such as Chia Chia (splitting group expenses), the Lunar calendar, Lucky Draw and mini-apps added later. By using CTAS Life you agree to these Terms and to the CTAS Life privacy policy.

1. Who provides CTAS Life

CTAS Life is developed and operated by CTA Solution Company Limited (tax code 0316683514, 215 Bach Dang, Hanh Thong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam). Apple and Google only distribute the app and process payments; they are not responsible for its content or support.

2. Use it right away; an account is optional

• You can use CTAS Life straight away with a guest account, without an email address or phone number. Guest data is tied to the device; if you delete the app or lose the device before registering, it may not be recoverable.
• You can register or sign in with a CTAS account at any time to keep your data when you change devices. Keep your password and verification codes safe; activity from your account is treated as yours.
• CTAS Life is for people aged 16 and over; under 16 you need the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Free use, limits and ads

• The free version has limits on some features (for example AI receipt scans, voice entries, number of groups). The limits are shown in the app and may change over time.
• The free version shows Google AdMob ads. You may choose to watch a rewarded video to get extra uses; the number of rewards per day is limited. Rewards exist only in the app and have no cash value.
• Do not use bots, emulators or tricks to view ads or collect rewards; if we detect this we may cancel rewards or suspend the account.

4. CTAS Life Premium

• Premium raises the limits and removes ads. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, weekly, monthly or yearly. Reference prices in Vietnam: 29,000₫ a week, 59,000₫ a month, 399,000₫ a year; the yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial if your App Store or Google Play account is eligible. The price you pay is the one shown in the store when you buy, and may differ by country, tax or later changes.
• Payment is charged by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) to your store account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
• The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancelling during the free trial means you are not charged.
• How to cancel: iOS — Settings › your name › Subscriptions; Android — Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. After cancelling, Premium stays active until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies (reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play Help). CTA Solution does not collect the payment and cannot refund on the store’s behalf.
• Premium belongs to the CTAS Life account that bought it; use Restore purchases in the app on a new device.

5. AI features

• Receipt scanning and voice entry use a third-party AI model. The receipt photo, or the sentence (with the names of the group’s members), is sent only after you agree the first time you use each feature; you can always type entries yourself instead.
• AI results can be wrong (misread items, amounts or payers). You are responsible for checking and correcting amounts before saving. We are not liable for losses from using AI results without checking them.

6. Your content and shared groups

• You keep your rights to what you enter (expenses, names, photos, notes, family days…) and allow us to store, process and display it to provide the service to you and to the other members of the same group or book.
• In a Chia Chia group or a family book, anyone with the invite code can see and may edit the shared content. Share codes only with people you trust; the owner can change the code and remove people.
• You are responsible for what you enter, and enter information about other people only when they know or agree. Do not post unlawful, abusive, harassing or fraudulent content or content that infringes others’ rights.
• We may remove content and suspend groups or accounts that break these Terms. To report abusive content, email support@ctasolution.vn (or use Support in the app) with the group name or invite code and what happened; we review reports and reply as soon as we can.

7. Chia Chia is a calculation tool

• Chia Chia helps you record expenses and work out who owes whom. CTAS Life does not hold or move money and is not a payment service or e-wallet. A VietQR code only pre-fills the details so you can make the transfer yourself in your bank’s app.
• Figures in the app are a reference between members; CTAS Life gives no financial, tax or legal advice. Money arrangements are between the members themselves.

8. Lunar calendar and other mini-apps

Lunar dates, solar terms, good hours, good days and similar information are provided as cultural and traditional reference, not as advice for decisions. Lucky Draw results are random and for fun. Reminders and alarms depend on the device’s settings, battery and operating system; do not rely on the app alone for anything important.

9. Acceptable use

Do not copy, reverse-engineer or interfere with the app or our servers; do not guess invite codes or send automated bulk requests; do not use CTAS Life for fraud or anything unlawful. The app, its design, logos and the content we create belong to CTA Solution; you may use them for personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable purposes.

10. Changes to the service

We may add, change or retire mini-apps and features and change the free limits. If we retire a main Premium feature, we will tell you in the app beforehand. The app may be briefly unavailable during maintenance or because of events outside our control.

11. Limitation of liability

• CTAS Life is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions.
• To the extent the law allows, CTA Solution is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, money disputes between members, or data lost because you deleted it or used an unregistered guest account. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for Premium in the last 3 months.
• Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under Vietnamese law.

12. Ending

You may stop using CTAS Life and delete your account at any time in Account (remember to cancel the subscription in the store). We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We try to settle disputes first by talking it through over the support email; failing that, disputes go to the competent court in Vietnam.

14. Changes to these Terms

New versions are posted on this page with their effective date. For important changes the app will let you know and may ask you to agree again.
