What is CTAS Course? An online course marketplace for working people and businesses
6 min read

You want to pick up a new skill for work but only have a few spare minutes between shifts. You run a store and keep teaching every new hire the same things you taught last month. Or you have real expertise and want to package it into a course people can buy. Three different needs, one common gap: a tidy place to learn, teach and manage online courses. CTAS Course was built for exactly that.
What is CTAS Course?
CTAS Course is the online course marketplace of the CTAS ecosystem, at course.ctas.vn. Two things happen on the same platform:
- Working people find and take practical courses: sales, beverage making, store operations, HR and payroll, management, soft skills and more.
- Businesses use the same platform for internal training: they build their own courses, assign them to staff and see who has finished.
Courses are grouped into 11 work-focused categories: Software & work tools; New-hire onboarding; Sales & customer care; F&B & beverages; Retail & store operations; Workplace safety & hygiene; HR & payroll; Management & leadership; Finance & accounting; Marketing & communications; Soft skills.

Three kinds of CTAS Course users
Learners: online learning for working people
Browse by category, search, filter by level and price, or go straight to the page of a store (a course publisher) you trust. Every course page shows what you need before deciding:
- An intro video, the chapter and lesson outline, duration and level.
- Free preview lessons you can actually take before buying.
- Reviews from past learners and the store’s legal information.
Free courses need only a click on “Enroll for free”. Paid courses are a one-time purchase, paid by QR bank transfer through PayOS, with the store’s discount codes. You keep access to the version you bought for at least 12 months, and when the publisher updates a course you stay on your version, so lessons never change under you mid-course.
Businesses: staff training inside the work app
Businesses build courses in CTAS Studio, publish them internally and assign them by person, by department or through automatic assignment rules, with a due date. If you already use CTAS Work for attendance, scheduling and payroll, staff learn right in its Learning tab — the same app they open every day. Managers read a progress report instead of chasing people one by one.
Businesses can also buy multiple seats of a marketplace course to assign to staff — a quick way to get solid training content when you have no time to build your own.
Trainers: open a store and sell online courses
Trainers and expert organizations can open a store on CTAS Course (in this first phase, stores are businesses or organizations with a tax code). Courses are built in CTAS Studio, reviewed by CTAS before going live, and revenue is reconciled monthly and paid to the store’s account. The full process is in Selling online courses on CTAS Course.
How CTAS Course works
- Build in CTAS Studio: chapters and lessons, each a slide deck, a captioned video, a PDF or a quiz. See How to create an online course with CTAS Studio.
- Publish: the course is packaged into a fixed release, then sent to Internal (live immediately) or the CTAS Course marketplace (reviewed by CTAS first).
- Learn: in the browser at the learner area, in the CTAS Learn app, or in the CTAS Work Learning tab when assigned by an employer.
- Recognize: finishing can earn a certificate of completion and/or a badge, depending on how the publisher set it up.
Videos remember where you stopped so you can resume or start over. Quizzes have a pass mark and can be timed, and some courses unlock the next chapter only after you pass the previous chapter’s quiz.
Learn on your phone with CTAS Learn
CTAS Learn is two free apps — one for iPhone/iPad, one for Android — made only for learning. Every course you bought or were assigned shows up in your library and opens where you left off. There is no buying inside the app: purchase on course.ctas.vn in a browser, then learn in CTAS Learn. Get it on the App Store or Google Play. More in Introducing the CTAS Learn apps.

Who issues the certificates?
Certificates of completion carry the name of the publishing store and a unique number, viewable under Certificates or in the CTAS Learn Achievements tab. They confirm you completed that publisher’s course; they are not a degree within the national education system. See Certificates and badges.
Where to start
- Learners: open course.ctas.vn, pick a category and try a few free preview lessons.
- CTAS Work customers: have staff take the free course CTAS Work – User guide for staff to see a short course in action.
- Want to build or sell courses: visit CTAS Course on ctas.vn.
No big decision needed today — browse a course in your field on course.ctas.vn and see whether this way of learning fits your working rhythm.
